Historical OverviewRichard Kynaston was born about 1801 in Shropshire, England. At this time I still do not have documentation that proves who his parents were.
The earliest document I have of Richard's life is his marriage to Elizabeth Kynaston on 27 January 1829 in Loppington, Shropshire, England. They were married in St. Michael's Church.
Richard and Elizabeth had six known children. Their oldest child, John Kynaston, is my 3rd great-grandfather. Some research has been conducted on the other children, but I personally have not fully researched their lives.
In early April 1843 Richard died. I don't have any information as to the cause of death, but he was only about 42 years old when he died. His wife, Elizabeth was about 39 years when he died and was left a widow raising small children. Around the same time of Richard's death, their last known child, Betsy, was born. Betsy would have grown up never knowing her father.

27 January 1829 - MarriageRichard Kynaston married Elizabeth Kynaston on 27 January 1829 in Loppington, Shropshire, England. Richard was from Ellesmere Parish and Elizabeth was from Loppington Parish. They were married in St. Michael's Church in Loppington by Minister Edward Edwards. Richard was about 28 years old and Elizabeth was about 25 years old. At this time I do not have enough documentation on Elizabeth to know who her parents were or if Kynaston was her maiden name or not. - Last updated 5 November 2016

April 1843 - DeathRichard died in early April 1843. I have yet to find information as to the cause of death. Due to the time period I doubt I will be able to find a cause of death, unless there is a parish register that talks about his death. More research into parish registers/bishop's transcripts need to be conducted. According to his burial record Richard was living in Brown Heath at the time of his death, but that does not necessarily mean he died in Brown Heath; he could have died in any of the surrounding communities like Loppington or English Frankton.
