File Organization

How you do organize all of your genealogy files? That is one of the most-asked questions I get from people. New genealogists want to know how they should store and organize their files. The first thing to keep in mind is there isn't one way of organizing your files. Over the years I have re-structured my genealogy folder several times. I have learned a lot of great techniques over the years and others might benefit from hearing what works best for me.
