Historical OverviewElizabeth Kynaston was born about 1804 in Loppington, Shropshire, England. Her parent's are still unknown at this time.
On 27 January 1829 Elizabeth married Richard Kynaston at St. Michael's church in Loppington, Shropshire, England. All records thus far indicate that Elizabeth's maiden name was Kynaston, so there is a good possibility that Elizabeth and Richard were some sort of cousins. Any kind of relation to each other has yet been confirmed.
Richard and Elizabeth had six known children. Their oldest child, John Kynaston, is my 3rd great-grandfather. Some research has been conducted on the other children, but I personally have not fully researched their lives.
Elizabeth's husband, Richard, died in early April 1843, right around the time of their sixth child's birth. Richard was buried 12 April 1843 in Loppington. Elizabeth was 39 years old. She remained a widow the rest of her life.
In early 1883 Elizabeth died in Shropshire and was likely buried in Loppington. An exact death date and burial still needs to be confirmed.

1851 - Census (Possible)By 1851 Elizabeth was a widow and still providing for some of her children. Elizabeth's children, John, Ann, and Betsy, were found in the census living in Brown Heath, Shropshire, but Elizabeth was not in the household (although the children were marked as such). Just a couple of small towns away Elizabeth was likely visiting this household, found in this document. Her name, age, and birth place all match that of the ancestral Elizabeth. Although it is possible this is another Elizabeth Kynaston, until further evidence is found, I am confident this is my 4th great-grandmother. - Last updated 4 November 2016

Notable Research Findings
When I began researching Richard and Elizabeth's family, I found Elizabeth's profile on FamilySearch. At some point people started thinking her maiden was Medley. As I conducted more research I saw someone connected a source from Ancestry onto Elizabeth's FamilySearch profile. This source is a marriage index for an Elizabeth Medley and John Kynaston, who were married 29 April 1826 in Whitchurch, Shropshire, England. At this point I have not found any evidence that confirms this Elizabeth is the same as the ancestral Elizabeth.
